Yo Glow Enzyme Scrub- Huda Wishful Review

A few weeks ago, I got the chance to try one of Huda's facial scrubs, that I received complimentary from Voxbox and I decided to share my experience with the product.

The Yo Glow scrub is infused with the enzymes from pineapples and papaya's; and is meant to help brighten and smooth the skin by removing dead skin cells. I am definitely no expert on skin care products, so I can only really tell you how it worked out on my skin.

On first sight I can tell you that I liked the packaging. Considering the ingredients I felt like it gave off a summer-like feel. I also definitely appreciated that the tube could stand on it's own instead of just rolling around and getting in the way, so bonus points for packaging design and overall convenience.

Anyway, you probably don't care about the packaging so let's move on. I've mentioned multiple times that I have Eczema and a lot of products don't work well with my skin, so I was really cautious when using this scrub on my face and I also wanted to used this product for a while before giving my honest opinion about it.

I can actually say that there were no negative effects on my skin and far as allergic reactions, burning and breakouts. When I used it I could literally see the dirt and dead skin peeling away. It actually felt a lot let wet paper. To be honest it can look quite icky. Although, I have to say that it was worth it. After washing my skin felt ridiculously soft and smooth. I'm not really sure about the brightening effect, but overall my skin did feel amazing.

I feel like this would be perfect to use before and after putting on make up. I would definitely suggested purchasing just based on the way it will leave your skin feeling after use. Overall, it's a nice product to have in your arsenal.
